Once production begins, personalized information cannot be changed.

EiderLiving is not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, low-quality uploaded photos, or other customer-submitted errors.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, personalized items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only if:

The item arrives damaged or broken.
The package is confirmed lost during transit.

To request assistance, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)
