Your wording is printed exactly as you enter it, so please check spelling and capitalization before adding to cart.

If it arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 30 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace or refund it. Return shipping is paid by you, and there is no restocking fee.

Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded once you have approved the design — you can cancel free of charge at any point before that.
