Return Policy

At EiderLiving, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please review our policy below before requesting a return.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To begin a return, please contact our Customer Care team with:

  • Your order number

  • Full name used for the order

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

  • Photos of the original packaging and shipping label (if the item arrived damaged)

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days.

Eligible Returns

We gladly accept returns for non-personalized products if they are:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Unwashed and undamaged

  • Returned in their original packaging

  • Approved by our Customer Care team

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Personalized & Custom Products

Because every personalized product is custom-made specifically for you, personalized and custom items cannot be returned or exchanged due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect personalization submitted during checkout

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or style

  • Personal preference after receiving the product

However, if your personalized item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly personalized due to our error

  • Different from what you ordered

we'll gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Bedding & Hygiene Products

For hygiene and health reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened or used unless they are defective:

  • Comforters

  • Duvet Inserts

  • Pillows

  • Mattress Toppers

  • Mattress Protectors

  • Bedding Accessories

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless defective)

  • Gift Cards

  • Clearance or Final Sale items

  • Promotional or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, stains, odors, pet hair, or damage caused after delivery

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error made by EiderLiving (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover all return shipping costs.

If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly shipped

  • Incorrectly personalized due to our error

For all other situations, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been processed.

Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Estimated processing times:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: 5–10 business days

  • PayPal: 3–5 business days

  • Shop Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay: 3–7 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photo of the shipping label

We'll review your request promptly and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
