1. Warranty Coverage

EiderLiving provides a Limited 30-Day Product Quality Warranty for eligible products purchased directly from our website.

The warranty period begins on the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.

This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal residential use.

2. What Is Covered

Subject to the terms of this policy, the warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects.
Material defects.
Structural defects resulting from the manufacturing process.
Defective workmanship.
Products that arrive damaged due to manufacturing issues.
Incorrect products shipped because of our error.

If a covered defect is confirmed, EiderLiving may, at its sole discretion:

Repair the product (where practical),
Replace the product with the same or a comparable item, or
Issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method.

3. What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.
Cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality.
Accidental damage.
Misuse or abuse.
Improper installation or assembly.
Improper storage.
Improper cleaning or maintenance.
Exposure to excessive heat, moisture, sunlight, chemicals, or harsh environments.
Damage caused by pets, insects, rodents, or wildlife.
Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, flooding, storms, or other force majeure events.
Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
Damage resulting from commercial or industrial use unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Personalized Products

Personalized products are covered only for manufacturing defects or quality-related issues.

The warranty does not cover:

Customer-submitted spelling mistakes.
Incorrect personalization details entered during checkout.
Incorrect names, initials, dates, or messages provided by the customer.
Low-resolution or poor-quality uploaded photographs.
Customer-approved personalization choices.

5. Handmade and Natural Materials

Many EiderLiving products are handmade or produced using natural materials.

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

Natural wood grain variations.
Slight color variations.
Minor ceramic glazing differences.
Natural fabric texture.
Small variations in engraving depth.
Minor print placement differences.
Handmade craftsmanship variations.

These characteristics are considered part of the uniqueness of the product.

6. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact:

Please include:

Order number.
Full name.
Description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the product.
Photographs of the packaging (if applicable).
Any additional information requested to evaluate the claim.

Failure to provide sufficient information may delay claim processing.

7. Inspection

EiderLiving reserves the right to:

Request additional photographs.
Request additional information.
Request return of the product for inspection where reasonably necessary.
Verify that the issue qualifies under this warranty.

Warranty claims may be denied if the product inspection shows that the damage resulted from circumstances not covered by this policy.

8. Warranty Remedies

If a warranty claim is approved, EiderLiving may choose one of the following remedies:

Repair the product.
Replace the product with the same model.
Replace the product with a comparable product of equal value if the original is unavailable.
Issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method.

The remedy selected is at EiderLiving's sole discretion, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from EiderLiving or through our authorized sales channels.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers are not covered.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EiderLiving's liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the affected product.

EiderLiving shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages.
Incidental damages.
Consequential damages.
Loss of profits.
Loss of business.
Loss of data.
Emotional distress.
Any damages exceeding the original purchase price of the product, except where prohibited by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this limitation may not apply to you.

11. No Other Warranties

Except as expressly stated in this Limited Warranty and to the extent permitted by law, EiderLiving disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
