At EiderLiving, every order is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. Many of our products are made to order or personalized specifically for you, which means production begins after your purchase is confirmed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Personalized Orders: Production begins once payment is successfully confirmed.

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after the carrier receives your package.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers, and your items may arrive on different days.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

International orders may be subject to:

  • Brokerage fees

These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Please contact us immediately.

  • We can update your address only if your order has not entered production or shipping.

  • Once shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.

We'll work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

If the package is confirmed lost, we'll arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping box

  • Photo of the shipping label

Our Customer Care team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Delivery Estimates

The estimated delivery date shown during checkout is an estimate only and should not be considered a guaranteed delivery date.

While we work hard to meet estimated delivery windows, EiderLiving cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
