Replacement & Refund Policy

At EiderLiving, your satisfaction is our priority. Every order is carefully inspected before shipping. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Replacement & Refund Guarantee

You may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving your order if your purchase meets any of the eligible conditions below.

In most approved cases, you will not be required to return the original item, unless requested by our support team.

Eligible for FREE Replacement or Full Refund

Your order is covered if:

1. Damaged or Defective Item

Your product arrives damaged, broken, defective, or unusable.

2. Incorrect Product Received

You receive a different item than what you ordered.

3. Personalization Error

The product does not match the personalization details exactly as submitted in your order.

4. Wrong Size Sent

You receive a different size than the one ordered.

5. Missing Items

Part of your order is missing upon delivery.

6. Lost Package

Your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier.

Not Covered Under Our Refund & Replacement Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot approve refunds or replacements for the following situations:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery

  • Incorrect shipping address entered during checkout

  • Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or product

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper washing, misuse, accidents, pets, or improper care

  • Products that have been washed, used, altered, or soiled

  • Minor color variations caused by monitor or mobile screen settings

  • Delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless defective)

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Step 1

Contact our Customer Support within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photo of the shipping label

Step 2

Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

Step 3

Once approved, we will either:

  • Ship a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Estimated processing times:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: 5–10 business days

  • PayPal: 3–5 business days

  • Shop Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay: 3–7 business days (depending on your financial institution)

Personalized Products

Because many EiderLiving products are handcrafted and personalized specifically for you, they cannot be returned due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect personalization entered during checkout

  • Ordering the wrong size or color

However, if your personalized item arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error made by us, we'll gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Bedding & Home Products

For hygiene reasons, bedding products such as comforters, pillows, duvet covers, mattress toppers, and similar items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition if a return is requested for reasons other than damage or manufacturing defects.
