Cancellation & Order Modification Policy

At EiderLiving, we begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast production and delivery. Many of our products are made-to-order or personalized, so production may begin shortly after your order is placed.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please review the policy below.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • No cancellation fee will apply.

After the 2-hour cancellation window, your order may already be in production and can no longer be cancelled.

Order Modifications

You may request changes to your order within 2 hours of placing it.

Examples of modifications include:

  • Shipping address

  • Recipient name

  • Personalization details

  • Product color

  • Product size

  • Quantity

  • Gift message

While we will do our best to accommodate your request, modifications can only be made if production has not yet started.

After Production Begins

Once an order has entered production, we are unable to:

  • Cancel the order

  • Change personalization details

  • Change the shipping address

  • Change product size or color

  • Replace one product with another

This is because many EiderLiving products are custom-made specifically for each customer.

Incorrect Information Submitted

Please carefully review your order before completing checkout.

EiderLiving cannot be responsible for delays, replacement costs, or refunds resulting from:

  • Incorrect personalization

  • Misspelled names

  • Incorrect dates

  • Wrong product selection

  • Wrong size or color selected

  • Incorrect shipping address provided during checkout

If you notice an error, contact us immediately within the modification window.

Shipping Address Changes

If your order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to update your shipping address.

Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped due to an incorrect address.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place the same order more than once, please contact us immediately.

If production has not begun, we'll gladly cancel the duplicate order and issue a full refund.

Peak Season Notice

During holidays, promotional events, and periods of high order volume, orders may enter production sooner than usual.

We encourage customers to review all order details carefully before completing checkout, as cancellation and modification requests may not be possible once production begins.
